● Reviewing contracts: To give you peace of mind, we carefully review suppliers’ contracts to ensure that everything is in order and in line with your requirements.
● Creating and monitoring the back-planning: We draw up a detailed schedule, ensuring that every stage of the organisation is respected and that nothing is left to chance.
● Budget management: We take charge of managing your budget, carefully monitoring expenditure and helping you to make informed decisions to meet your financial targets.

DO I STILL HAVE CONTROL OVER THE CHOICE OF SERVICE VENDORS ?
You are, of course, the ultimate decision-maker when it comes to choosing the various service providers.
My job is to offer you a relevant selection, but it’s up to you to make the final choice.
HOW DO APPOINTMENTS WORK IF WE LIVE ABROAD ?
We are experts in working with couples across time zones. No matter where you are, we’ll find the perfect time to connect.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES ?
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 12–18 months before your wedding. Provence is a highly sought-after destination, and early planning ensures the best availability. However, we’re always ready for a new challenge, so don’t hesitate to reach out no matter your timeline.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ?
Travel and accommodation costs for team members are not included in the packages. Additional services such as managing invitations or accommodation for guests are not included either.
Do you organize others kind of events ?
Of course ! We would be delighted to help you organize your private events such as birthdays, graduations parties, baby shower, ect … We accompany all those who wish to celebrate the great moments of life.
